I'm still training, I'm still 'dieting'.
I've been trying to progress in the gym for over 7 years now and have been there and failed many times. I have always carried on regardless and would like to pass my experiences on to others. I believe bodybuilding, getting into shape or whatever you want to call it, is about personal progression but as individuals we can better ourselves much more with the help of others.
